Bonanza Megaways Review
Bonanza is the Big Time Gaming slot that made Megaways famous: every spin changes how many symbols each reel shows, and every win sets off a chain reaction.
Megaways in a gold mine
Six reels show two to seven symbols each, and a mine cart running above the middle four reels adds four more. The number of ways changes from spin to spin, up to 117,649. Winning symbols are blasted away and new ones fall in, so a single spin can pay several times.
Bonanza Megaways Features
GOLD free spins
The scatters are the letters G, O, L and D. Spelling GOLD awards 12 free spins, with 5 more for each extra scatter, and more spins can be won during the round.
A multiplier with no cap
In free spins the win multiplier starts at 1× and rises by 1 with every reaction. It never resets during the round and has no upper limit, which is where the game's big wins come from. Dynamite wilds substitute for every symbol except the scatters.
RTP, volatility and top win
Both sources we checked list a 96% RTP and high volatility. They disagree on the maximum win (12,000× and 26,000× the bet), so we show it as not confirmed.
Bonanza Megaways Pros and Cons

Our Verdict
Bonanza is still the reference point for Megaways slots: easy to read, with the tension saved for a free-spins round that keeps growing.
