Duck Hunters Review
Duck Hunters is a Nolimit City slot with scatter pays: 8 or more matching symbols anywhere win, the winning symbols drop away, and each emptied position gets a multiplier that doubles with every further win there, up to x8192. Nolimit lists 96.05% RTP and a 30,000× maximum win.
About the game
Bubba and his friends go duck hunting in the swamp, in Nolimit's usual dark-comedy style. Nolimit City released it on 11 February 2025.
The grid has 6 reels and 5 rows. The game mixes a familiar scatter-pays engine with Nolimit's own xWays and bombs.
Duck Hunters Features
Position multipliers
Every time a symbol is removed after a win, its position gets a x2 multiplier. If that position wins again in the same round, its multiplier doubles. The multiplier on one position can reach x8192.
xWays and Infectious xWays
xWays symbols turn into a normal paying symbol and raise the position multiplier by 2, 4 or 8 times. Infectious xWays also make every other copy of that symbol on the grid grow to the same size.
Bombs
A bomb removes the regular symbols around it in a 3×3 pattern and doubles the symbol size on the affected positions.
Free spins
3 bonus symbols give 7 Duck Hunt Spins, 4 give 8 Hawk Eye Spins and 5 give 10 Big Game Spins. Position multipliers are kept for the whole round, and Extra Shot symbols add spins.
Each mode gets random upgrades: 1, 2 or all 3 of Infectious xWays, a bigger 5×5 bomb, and +2 extra shots.
Boosters and buys
xBet costs 2× the bet and makes free spins 5 times more likely. Day 2, Day 64 and Day 1024 Spins start every position at x2, x64 or x1024, for 2.8×, 90× or 3,000× the bet. After a round you may be offered an Extra Spin that keeps the position multipliers. Availability depends on the casino.
RTP and maximum win
Nolimit lists 96.05% RTP, a hit frequency of 17.07%, free spins about 1 in 203 spins, and a 30,000× maximum. The chance of the maximum is given as 1 in 22 million. Nolimit's page calls the volatility extreme.
Bets
Nolimit lists bets from 0.20 to 100 EUR.
